   NORTHEASTWARD FROM THE OHIO VALLEY TO THE NEW ENGLAND STATES...AS A
   SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM IMPACTS MUCH OF THE GREAT LAKES REGION AND
   NORTHEAST STATES/NEW ENGLAND. WEST-SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT WILL PREVAIL
   ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF THE CONUS DOWNSTREAM OF AN UPPER TROUGH
   CENTERED OFF THE BRITISH COLUMBIA COAST.
