   SRN CA ONTO THE SRN PLAINS BY EARLY THU. ATTENDANT SURFACE CYCLONE
   WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE OK/TX PANHANDLES BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH A
   PACIFIC COLD FRONT SWEEPING ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS DURING THE
   EVENING/OVERNIGHT.
   
   ...SERN NM/FAR WRN TX...
   ALTHOUGH SURFACE CYCLOGENESIS ACROSS THE OK/TX PANHANDLES WILL BE
   RELATIVELY WEAK...MID-LEVEL FLOW WILL SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE AS THE
   SRN CA TROUGH QUICKLY APPROACHES. WITH FAVORABLE W/SWLY DOWNSLOPE
   FLOW RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL VERTICAL MIXING...SUSTAINED SURFACE
   WIND SPEEDS SHOULD REACH AROUND 20 MPH DURING THE LATE
   AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING. TEMPERATURES/RH WILL BE SIMILAR TO
   TUESDAY...WITH HIGHS IN THE MIDDLE 60S TO MIDDLE 70S AND MIN RH
   VALUES FROM 8 TO 15 PERCENT. THIS WILL LIKELY YIELD LOCALIZED/SHORT
   DURATION CRITICAL CONDITIONS GIVEN MODERATE WIND SPEEDS.

   MORE SUBSTANTIAL LARGE-SCALE TROUGH AMPLIFIES FROM THE NERN PACIFIC
   ACROSS THE WRN CONUS. AT THE SURFACE...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL TRACK
   EWD TOWARDS THE WRN GULF COAST PRIOR TO WASHING OUT THU EVENING. 
   NWLY WINDS IN ITS WAKE WILL HELP SLOWLY SPREAD LOW RH THROUGH MUCH
   OF SRN TX.
