   MORNING WILL QUICKLY ADVANCE NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE OHIO
   VALLEY/GREAT LAKES REGION TOWARD THE NORTHEAST STATES. AS ITS
   ASSOCIATED SURFACE LOW/COLD FRONT SPREADS EASTWARD...WIDESPREAD
   RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF COAST REGION/SOUTHEAST
   STATES AND TENNESSEE VALLEY/APPALACHIANS. ELSEWHERE...STRONG ONSHORE
   WEST-NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT WILL MAINTAIN A WET PATTERN INTO THE
   WESTERN STATES.
   
   ...SOUTH/SOUTH CENTRAL TX...
   IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT...A VERY DRY AIRMASS WILL SPREAD ACROSS
   MUCH OF SOUTH/SOUTH CENTRAL TX TODAY. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL BE
   IN THE 60S...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES FALLING TO 20-25 PERCENT FOR A
   FEW HOURS. HOWEVER...CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED AS
   NORTHWEST WINDS SHOULD REMAIN MODEST...WITH SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS
   EXPECTED TO BE 15 MPH OR LESS THIS AFTERNOON.
