   SETTLE INTO THE SRN PLAINS...WITH DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR MUCH
   OF CNTRL TX. ELSEWHERE...ANOTHER UPPER TROUGH WILL DIVE SEWD ACROSS
   THE PACIFIC NW INTO THE ROCKIES BY WED MORNING WITH COOLER
   TEMPERATURES AND PRECIPITATION.

   A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT WILL MATERIALIZE FOR A FEW HOURS DURING PEAK
   HEATING...WITH A VERY DRY AIR MASS IN PLACE AND GUSTY N WINDS. HIGH
   TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S WILL RESULT IN MIN RH
   VALUES OF 20-30 PERCENT...WHILE NLY WINDS INCREASE TO 15-20 MPH WITH
