   WINDY DAY OVER THE SRN PLAINS...WITH SWLY SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20-30
   MPH. TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO GET OUT OF THE 50S OVER ERN NM
   INTO NW TX...BUT 60S WILL PREVAIL GENERALLY S OF LBB. THE MILD
   TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN MIN RH READINGS IN THE 20 PERCENT RANGE
   FOR AN ELEVATED BUT SUB-CRITICAL FIRE THREAT THIS AFTERNOON FOR NWRN

   WILL EXTEND FROM SRN IN INTO MS/AL BY 00Z. BEHIND THIS FRONT...HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL SETTLE ACROSS THE FOUR CORNERS STATES AND ACROSS THE
   SRN PLAINS PROVIDING COOL BUT DRY CONDITIONS.

   GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RH MAY YIELD MARGINAL FIRE CONDITIONS OVER CNTRL
