   NWLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS BEHIND THE
   FRONT. TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE LOWER 70S ACROSS SRN TX WITH RH
   MAINLY IN THE 20-30 PERCENT RANGE. LOWER VALUES WILL OCCUR NEAR THE
   RIO GRANDE.

   RH WILL NOT BE PARTICULARLY LOW ON SATURDAY...BUT OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
   INCREASE OVERNIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS TO THE N. LOCALLY STRONG
   WIND GUSTS WILL OCCUR ALONG THE COASTAL RANGE BUT CRITICAL
   CONDITIONS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME DUE TO AFFECTS OF RECENT RAINS
   AND MARGINAL RH LEVELS.
