   A LARGE TROUGH OVER THE N-CNTRL/NERN CONUS. AT THE SURFACE...A COLD
   FRONT WILL PUSH SWD THROUGH TX. IN ITS WAKE...AN ARCTIC AIR MASS AND
   SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE SRN PLAINS.
