   THE SRN CONUS. AS AN UPPER-LEVEL SHORT WAVE TROUGH AMPLIFIES FROM
   THE NRN PLAINS TO THE OH RIVER VALLEY...A SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL
   PUSH RAPIDLY SEWD ACROSS THE PLAINS INTO THE SOUTHEAST BY EARLY THU.
   IN ITS WAKE...AN ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL BE REINFORCED WITH STRONG HIGH
   PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS.

   UPPER-LEVEL SHORT WAVE TROUGH WILL MOVE FROM THE OH RIVER VALLEY EWD
   TO ALONG THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST THROUGH EARLY FRI. ATTENDANT SURFACE
   COLD FRONT SHOULD PUSH ACROSS ALL BUT SRN FL BY THU AFTERNOON.
   ALTHOUGH MODERATELY STRONG NWLY WINDS SHOULD DEVELOP IN PORTIONS OF
   THE DEEP SOUTH/FAR NRN FL...SHARPLY COLDER TEMPERATURES IN A
   MODIFIED ARCTIC AIR MASS WITH RESULTANT MODERATE RH WILL LIKELY
