   SEVERAL UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEMS WILL BE MOVING ACROSS THE U.S.
   DURING THE PERIOD.  ONE STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL BE MOVING THROUGH
   NEW ENGLAND WHILE ANOTHER ONE DIGS INTO THE CENTRAL U.S.  A THIRD
   SYSTEM WILL BE ENTERING THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST.  A WEAK COLD FRONT
   WILL MOVE RAPIDLY SOUTHWARD OUT OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND INTO
   SOUTHERN TEXAS DURING THURSDAY MORNING AND GRADUALLY WEAKEN.

   BEHIND THE WEAK COLD FRONT...A COOL AND DRY AIRMASS WILL MOVE
   RAPIDLY INTO SOUTH TEXAS.  DURING THE MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON
   WINDS WILL BE STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY...BUT DIMINISH BY LATE
   AFTERNOON.  TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 50S TO 60S AND HUMIDITY
   DURING THE AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE 20 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE.  WINDS
   WILL RAPIDLY SWITCH DURING THE MORNING FROM LIGHT SOUTHWEST TO
   NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS...BUT DIMINISH TO
   AROUND 10 TO 20 MPH BY LATE AFTERNOON

   THE UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM OVER THE CENTRAL U.S. ON THURSDAY WILL
   MOVE RAPIDLY EAST/NORTHEAST AND EXIT OVER NEW ENGLAND.  THE SYSTEM
   IN THE NORTHWEST WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL U.S.  DRY AND
   MILD AIR WILL COVER SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA AND A LARGE PART OF TEXAS. 
   WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN OUT OF THE NORTHWEST ACROSS TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA
   DURING THE MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.

   ANOTHER SURGE OF COOL/DRY AIR WILL MOVE INTO TEXAS...HUMIDITY WILL
   DROP INTO THE 15 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE AND WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TO 15
   TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  TEMPERATURES ON FRIDAY MAY BE A FEW
   DEGREES WARMER THAN THURSDAY...UPPER 50S TO UPPER 60S.  GIVEN THE
   VERY DRY/DEAD FUELS/LOW RH AND NORTHWEST WINDS...THESE MARGINAL FIRE
   WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED.

   ALTHOUGH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO GENERALLY BE LIGHT...HUMIDITY WILL
   LIKELY DROP BELOW 30 TO 35 PERCENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
