   ...SYNOPSIS...
   AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL CROSS THE CENTRAL U.S. DURING THE PERIOD
   AND AS IT DOES SO...A WEAK PACIFIC COLD FRONT AND ASSOCIATED HIGH
   PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BUILD IN ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS. 
   HOWEVER...THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS WILL
   WEAKEN RAPIDLY LATE FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
   COVER MOST OF THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST AREAS OF THE COUNTRY. 
   A COLD HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM FROM CANADA WILL BUILD SOUTHWARD INTO
   THE NORTH CENTRAL STATES THROUGH THE PERIOD.

   AS THE MILD PACIFIC FRONT RACES ACROSS TEXAS BY EARLY
   AFTERNOON...WINDS WILL BECOME STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY AT 15
   TO 25 MPH BEFORE DIMINISHING BY LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
   RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO AROUND 20 PERCENT BY MID TO LATE
   AFTERNOON...HOWEVER BY THAT TIME THE WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO WEAKEN SO
   WILL NOT CARRY A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA AT THIS TIME.  THE AREA
   SHOULD BE MONITORED DURING THE LATE MORNING TO EARLY AFTERNOON WHEN
   THE WINDS ARE STRONGEST AS THE CURED FUELS ARE EXTREMELY DRY AND
   WOULD BURN EASILY.
   
   ...CNTRL/NRN FL...
   HUMIDITY WILL DROP BELOW 35 PERCENT ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
   FLORIDA DURING THE AFTERNOON...BUT WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT

   U.S. WITH THE POSSIBLE EXCEPTION OF SOME LOW HUMIDITY...BELOW 35
   PERCENT...IN CENTRAL AND NORTHERN FLORIDA ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
   OVERALL...SEVERAL AREAS OF WEAK SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL COVER
   MOST OF THE SOUTHERN U.S.  
   
   THE NORTHERN U.S. WILL BE DOMINATED BY A LARGE SURFACE AND UPPER LOW
   PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE GREAT LAKES AND A LARGE AND COLD HIGH
   PRESSURE SYSTEM THAT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTH CENTRAL AND
   NORTHEASTERN U.S.
