   AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE 20-30 PERCENT RANGE ON
   AVERAGE. LIGHT WINDS AND LOW KBDI VALUES DUE TO RECENT PRECIPITATION

   ELSEWHERE...WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST OVER THE SWRN U.S.
   UNDER RELATIVE UPPER RIDGE.
   
   ...WRN NEBRASKA SWD INTO THE OK AND TX PANHANDLES...
   A DRY AIR MASS WILL BE IN PLACE TUE IN ASSOCIATION WITH HIGH
   PRESSURE CENTER WHICH WILL CONTINUE SWD INTO THE SRN PLAINS AND
   LOWER MS VALLEY. DURING THE DAYTIME...A LEE TROUGH WILL DEVELOP IN
   RESPONSE TO AN APPROACHING UPPER TROUGH MOVING INTO THE NRN ROCKIES.
   GUSTY WLY AND SWLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP AS A RESULT. ON
   AVERAGE...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS WILL BE FROM 15-20 MPH BUT HIGHER
   GUSTS WILL BE LIKELY ESPECIALLY FROM KS INTO THE TX PANHANDLE. MIN
   RH VALUES WILL DROP WELL INTO THE TEENS. THE VERY DRY AIR AND
   INCREASING WINDS WILL RESULT IN NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
   CONDITIONS FOR A FEW HOURS TUE AFTERNOON. ANY FURTHER INCREASE IN
   FORECAST WINDS COULD RESULT IN A CRITICAL FIRE THREAT MAINLY FOR THE
   OK AND TX PANHANDLE REGION.
