   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

AN UPPER TROUGH WILL CONTINUE EWD ACROSS THE NRN AND CNTRL PLAINS
WITH A WEAK COLD FRONT EXTENDING SWD OUT OF MN INTO NRN MO. GUSTY
NWLY WINDS WILL OCCUR IN A POST FRONTAL REGIME OVER NEB AND KS. THE

MIN RH VALUES WILL LARGELY BE IN THE TEENS FROM AZ INTO W TX WHILE
TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE 70S AND 80S. STEEP LOW LEVEL LAPSE RATES
AND MIXING WILL HELP INCREASE WINDS INTO THE 10-20 MPH RANGE...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER GUSTS. ALTHOUGH A VERY DRY AND UNSTABLE AIR MASS WILL
SUPPORT FIRES...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS DO NOT MEET CRITICAL CRITERIA
   ON THE LARGE SCALE.

   ...WRN NEB/NWRN KS/NERN CO...
A SURFACE LOW WILL MOVE NEWD INTO MN BY LATE AFTERNOON WITH HIGH
PRESSURE OVER SD AND NEB. GUSTY NWLY WINDS WILL RESULT...AVERAGING
NEAR 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE 50S
OVER WRN NEB TO THE 60S IN WRN KS...WITH MIN RH IN THE 15-20 PERCENT
