   WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS OVER SRN NV...SERN CA AND
   WRN AZ.  MODERATE WLY WINDS AND LOW RH WILL EXTEND EWD ACROSS AZ AND
   NM AS WELL AHEAD OF THIS TROUGH AND IN WAKE OF ANOTHER TROUGH THAT
   WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE CNTRL PLAINS INTO THE GREAT
   LAKES BY WED MORNING. COOLER AIR WILL SPREAD SWD ACROSS THE CNTRL
   PLAINS BEHIND A COLD FRONT. TO THE E...HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN IN
   PLACE ACROSS THE DEEP S AND MID ATLANTIC...WITH MILD AND MODERATELY
   DRY CONDITIONS.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: INCREASING WINDS AND VERY LOW RH
   
   LOW PRESSURE WILL DEEPEN THIS AFTERNOON OVER SRN NV AND WILL HELP TO
   INCREASE WIND SPEEDS TO 20-25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS AHEAD OF UPPER
   TROUGH. MIXING LAYERS WILL BE DEEP WITHIN A VERY DRY AIR MASS...WITH
   RH IN THE SINGLE DIGITS DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE EXTREMELY DRY AIR
   MASS ALONG WITH INCREASED WINDS SHOULD RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE
   CONDITIONS.

   MARGINALLY CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON WHEN

   AND WILL MOVE NEWD INTO THU MORNING...PRODUCING AN OUTBREAK OF
   SEVERE WEATHER FOR TX AND OK.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: VERY STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   VERY STRONG WINDS WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA AS THE UPPER TROUGH MOVES
   THROUGH. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS OF 25-40 MPH APPEAR LIKELY WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS. TEMPERATURES SHOULD WARM INTO THE 70S AZ/NM TO THE 80S OVER
   SWRN TX...WITH RH IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS. VERY STEEP LAPSE
   RATES ALONG WITH THE EXTREME WINDS AND LOW RH MAY RESULT IN EXTREME
   WILDFIRE BEHAVIOR.
