...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA FOR A PORTION OF THE SRN ROCKIES/SRN
   HIGH PLAINS...
...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA FOR A PORTION OF NRN/CENTRAL FLA...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
A STRONG UPPER TROUGH OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL MOVE INTO THE MS
VALLEY BY TONIGHT. AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE SEWD THROUGH THE CENTRAL/SRN PLAINS AND THE MIDWEST. AHEAD OF
THE FRONT...MODERATE WLY WINDS COMBINED WITH LOW RH READINGS WILL
SUPPORT ANOTHER DAY OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS FROM CENTRAL
NM INTO PORTIONS OF WRN TX. MEANWHILE...UPPER RIDGING WILL BUILD
OVER THE SERN STATES/MID-ATLANTIC SUPPORTING WELL ABOVE NORMAL
TEMPERATURES. LOW RH READINGS AND MODERATE SELY WINDS WILL COMBINE
TO SUPPORT ANOTHER DAY OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO
   PORTIONS OF FL.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - CENTRAL/ERN NM...WRN TX...

PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED WLY WINDS FROM 20-25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 30 MPH...MIN RH READINGS FROM 10-15 PERCENT...LONG TERM DROUGHT

IN THE WAKE OF THE UPPER TROUGH AXIS AND SOUTH OF A COLD
FRONT...STEEP MID LVL LAPSE RATES COMBINED WITH MODEST MID LEVEL
FLOW SHOULD SUPPORT ANOTHER DAY OF CRITICAL WIND SPEEDS /ALBEIT MUCH
LESS THAN RECENT DAYS/. DESPITE MODEST COOLING /TEMPERATURES 10-15
DEG F LESS THAN YESTERDAY/ OWING TO INITIAL COLD FRONT
   YESTERDAY/LAST NIGHT...VERY DRY AIR /SUPPORTED BY DOWNWARD MOTION/
WILL SUPPORT MIN RH READINGS BELOW 15 PERCENT. GIVEN WEAKER LARGE
SCALE SUPPORT...SFC WINDS SHOULD DROP BELOW CRITICAL LEVELS BY
   SUNSET.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - NRN/CENTRAL FLA...

PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED SELY WINDS AROUND 15 MPH...MIN RH
   READINGS LESS THAN 35 PERCENT

AHEAD OF A SHORTWAVE TROUGH OVER THE MS VALLEY REGION...SFC PRESSURE
FALLS WILL SUPPORT INCREASING SELY WINDS. EXCEPT ALONG THE ERN
COAST...SUFFICIENTLY LOW RH READINGS WILL COMBINE WITH THESE WINDS
TO SUPPORT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

   ...TX PANHANDLE/WRN OK...
NE OF THE CRITICAL OUTLOOK AREA...SLIGHTLY LOWER WIND SPEEDS/HIGHER
RH READINGS WILL EXIST TODAY. HOWEVER...SUSTAINED WINDS APPROACHING
20 MPH AND MIN RH READINGS LESS THAN 20 PERCENT ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
AREA LATER THIS AFTERNOON SUPPORTING INCREASING RH READINGS TO ABOVE
   20 PERCENT...BUT STRONGER WINDS WILL DEVELOP /SUSTAINED ABOVE 25
   MPH/.

BE PREDOMINATE ACROSS THE PLAINS/ROCKIES. MEANWHILE...AN UPPER
TROUGH WILL DIG SWD ALONG THE WEST COAST. SWLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
