   WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD EWD THROUGH THE NRN GREAT BASIN. AS A RESULT
   OF THIS BUILDING HIGH PRESSURE...OFFSHORE WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER
   PORTIONS OF NRN CA EARLY THIS MORNING. COMBINED WITH LOW RH
   READINGS...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR TODAY.
   FURTHER EAST...MODEST SWLY WINDS WILL OCCUR OVER PORTIONS OF
   CENTRAL/SRN ROCKIES AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. HOWEVER...MIN RH READINGS
   ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE
   NATION...NO OTHER ADDITIONAL CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL

   BASIN...A MODERATE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP TODAY
   OVER NRN CA. AS A RESULT...NELY WINDS FROM 20-30 MPH ARE EXPECTED
   /ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN/. FLOW FROM DRIER CONTINENTAL
   AIR OVER THE NRN GREAT BASIN WILL SUPPORT LOW DEWPTS /10S AND 20S/.

   READINGS FROM 10-15 PERCENT WILL BE WIDESPREAD DURING THE AFTERNOON

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED NELY WINDS FROM 20-25 MPH WITH GUSTS
   OVER 35 MPH...MIN RH READINGS LESS THAN 15 PERCENT
   
   ALTHOUGH SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN OVER THE GREAT
   BASIN TOMORROW...A SUFFICIENTLY STRONG OFFSHORE GRADIENT WILL REMAIN
   BETWEEN THIS HIGH PRESSURE AREA AND A SFC LOW PRESSURE TROUGH
   SITUATED ALONG THE CA COAST. AS A RESULT...OFFSHORE WINDS WILL
   REMAIN MODERATE /SUSTAINED NELY FROM 20-25 MPH/ EARLY IN THE PERIOD
   /PRIOR TO 18Z/ MAINLY ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE COASTAL
   RANGES OF NRN CA. ALTHOUGH SURFACE WINDS WILL WEAKEN DURING THE
   AFTERNOON...THE PRESSURE GRADIENT IS EXPECTED TO RESTRENGTHEN
   OVERNIGHT. AS A RESULT...SFC WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO APPROACH CRITICAL
