   WEAK MID-LEVEL IMPULSE OVER THE PACIFIC NW WILL BECOME CUTOFF FROM
   THE BROADLY CYCLONIC FLOW REGIME AND SHOULD MEANDER SWD INTO NRN CA.
   MID-LEVEL RIDGE AXIS WILL CONTINUE TO ABATE OVER THE SW DESERTS. LOW
   RH WILL BE PREVALENT FROM CA TO THE FOUR CORNERS...HOWEVER SURFACE
   WIND SPEEDS WILL BE MODEST AT BEST.
