   RIDGING PERSISTS. ACROSS WA/OR/ID/MT...WLY WINDS SFC WILL INCREASE
   AS AN UPPER TROUGH AMPLIFIES AND SHIFTS SEWD ACROSS SWRN CANADA AND
   INTO THE FAR NRN ROCKIES. IN CA AND PORTIONS OF THE GREAT
   BASIN...NWLY WINDS WILL GENERALLY REMAIN BELOW 15 MPH...BUT WITH LOW
   HUMIDITY.
   
   MEANWHILE...THREE SEPARATE UPPER LOWS IN SRN CA...SRN NM...AND WRN
   WY/CO WILL GRADUALLY MOVE EWD INFLUENCING THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT
   ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHWEST AND THE GREAT BASIN.
   HOWEVER...THUNDERSTORMS WILL MAINLY BE WET AS PWATS REMAIN NEAR 0.75
   TO 1 INCH. FURTHERMORE...TRAINING STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOISTEN
   FUELS.
   
   ...WA/OR/ID/MT...
   AN UPPER TROUGH WILL QUICKLY DIG SEWD INTO ERN WA/NRN ID AND WRN MT
   LATE IN THE DAY...INFLUENCING MARGINAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. WLY
   WINDS NEAR 15 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE LIKELY OVER MUCH OF
   WA...NRN OR AND ID...AND WRN MT. DRY AIR WITH RH IN THE TEENS AND
   LOWER 20S WILL EXIST E OF THE CASCADES INTO FAR WRN MT. THE
   COMBINATION OF LOW RH...GUSTY WINDS...AND DRY FUELS WILL LEAD TO AN
   INCREASE IN FIRE DANGER.

   NWLY WINDS NEAR 20 TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS WILL AFFECT MUCH OF
   ERN MT...NERN WY...AND WRN ND/SD IN A POST COLD FRONTAL REGIME.
   DESPITE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS...COOLER TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER
   50S AND LOWER 50S WILL LIMIT CRITICALLY LOW RHS.
