   PIVOT NEWD FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST INTO SRN CANADA EARLY IN THE
   PERIOD WITH A STRONGER UPPER WAVE IN ITS WAKE MOVING E INTO THE
   UPPER MIDWEST LATE IN THE PERIOD.  WEAK UPPER LEVEL RIDGING IS
   EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER PARTS OF THE PAC NW/NRN ROCKIES REGIONS AHEAD
   OF ANOTHER SHORTWAVE TROUGH EXPECTED TO BEGIN INFLUENCING THE REGION
   AT THE END OF THE PERIOD.  AT THE SURFACE...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
   ACROSS PARTS OF THE MIDWEST WITH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN BEHIND
   THE FRONT INTO PARTS OF THE MIDWEST.  NO AREAS OF STRONG SUSTAINED
   SURFACE WINDS AND LOW MIN RH CONDITIONS APPEAR PROBABLE...PRECLUDING
   A CRITICAL OUTLOOK.
