   STACKED CYCLONE CENTERED OVER THE CAROLINAS WILL WEAKEN AS IT
   CONTINUES TO SLOWLY RETROGRADE NWWD. LOW RH WILL PERSIST IN AN ARC
   FROM THE LOWER OH RIVER VALLEY ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE DEEP SOUTH
   INTO THE FL PANHANDLE...AND IN THE WEST ACROSS MUCH OF CA AND THE
   GREAT BASIN. MODEST WINDS IN THESE REGIONS WILL PRECLUDE ANY

   ADVANCE ACROSS THE CANADIAN ROCKIES TOWARDS THE PRAIRIES PROVINCES.
   IN ITS WAKE...RIDGE AXIS WILL BUILD FROM A HIGH ANCHORED OVER THE
   FOUR CORNERS NWWD ACROSS THE PACIFIC NW.

   A MODERATE WLY KINEMATIC PROFILE WILL PROMOTE DOWNSLOPE
   WARMING/DRYING SAT AFTERNOON. INSOLATION SHOULD BE HINDERED TO SOME
   EXTENT BY A PROBABLE CIRRUS CANOPY DOWNSTREAM OF CANADIAN ROCKIES
   SHORT WAVE TROUGH. NEVERTHELESS...TEMPERATURES LIKELY APPROACHING 80
   DEGREES SHOULD LEAD TO LOW RH AROUND 15 PERCENT. IN CONJUCTION WITH
   SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS FROM 15 TO 20 MPH...DRYING OF FUELS WILL BE
   ACCELERATED.
