   A LARGE UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM OVER THE GREAT LAKES WILL CONTINUE
   TO LIFT OUT TO THE NORTHEAST AS ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM OVER THE
   SOUTHWEST MOVES INTO THE CENTRAL U.S...PRODUCING RAIN AND
   THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE
   COUNTRY.  A LARGE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM AT THE SURFACE WILL COVER
   MOST OF THE EAST WHILE A SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPS OVER
   THE TEXAS..OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES.

   AS THE UPPER SYSTEM MOVES OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST...STRONG DRY
   SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE
   SYSTEM WILL APPROACH CRITICAL CONDITIONS...HOWEVER IT IS EXPECTED
   THAT HUMIDITY WILL BE IN THE 25 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE FOR ONLY A FEW
   HOURS WHILE WINDS WILL BE STRONG OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST AT 20 TO 25
   MPH WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS DURING MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON.
   
   ...NORTHERN FLORIDA...
   THE DRY AIR ASSOCIATED WITH THE LARGE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE
   EASTERN U.S. WILL PRODUCE AFTERNOON HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 25 TO 35
   PERCENT RANGE FOR A FEW HOURS...HOWEVER WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
   AROUND 10 MPH.

   THE STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM OVER THE CENTRAL U.S. WILL
   WEAKEN AND LIFT OUT TO THE NORTHEAST...WITH A LARGE TROUGH REMAINING
   OVER THE CENTER OF THE COUNTRY.  THIS WILL PRODUCE RAIN AND
   THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE GREAT LAKES...SOUTHWARD TO THE TEXAS COAST. 
   A LARGE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE EAST WILL SHIFT SLOWLY
   EASTWARD. A LARGE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP
   OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC...NEAR THE CALIFORNIA COAST...PRODUCING
   DRIER AND WARMER WEATHER FOR CALIFORNIA.
