   WILL DIVE INTO THE SOUTHEAST...WITH AN EXPANSIVE ANTICYCLONE
   BUILDING DOWN THE PLAINS. IN THE WEST...UPPER RIDGE AXIS WILL SHIFT
   EWD.
   
   ...FOOTHILLS AND CANYONS/PASSES OF THE SRN CA COASTAL MTNS...
   OFFSHORE FLOW WAS WEAK IN ALL BUT A FEW MESONET OBSERVATIONS EARLY
   THIS MORNING. WITH AN UPPER RIDGE AXIS PROGRESSING E OF THE REGION
   AND A CONTINUED RELAXING OF THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT...THE
   TREND FOR DIMINISHING WINDS WILL PERSIST. UNSEASONABLY WARM
   TEMPERATURES SHOULD AGAIN LEAD TO LONG DURATIONS OF RH VALUES FROM 8
   TO 15 PERCENT.
