   A LARGE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE EAST WILL SHIFT
   EASTWARD...OFF THE COAST DURING THE PERIOD.  DRY CONDITIONS AND LOW
   AFTERNOON HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTHEAST...
   HOWEVER WINDS SHOULD GENERALLY BE LIGHT.  AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL
   MOVE INTO THE MIDWEST AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH
   THE MIDWEST AND BE LOCATED FROM THE GREAT LAKES REGION...TO SOUTH
   TEXAS BY THE END OF THE PERIOD.  THE WESTERN U.S. WILL BE UNDER AN
   UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WITH A TROUGH APPROACHING THE WEST COAST BY EARLY
   MONDAY.
   
   ...TX PNHDL...
   SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH AND AFTERNOON HUMIDITY AROUND 20
   TO 30 PERCENT ARE EXPECTED FOR A FEW HOURS THIS AFTERNOON...HOWEVER
   WITH RELATIVELY COOL TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S AND 60S...DO NOT EXPECT
   WIDESPREAD CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY.  BY LATE
   AFTERNOON... TO EARLY EVENING...A COLD FRONT WILL SHIFT THE WINDS
   AROUND TO A NORTHERLY DIRECTION.
