   A STRONG UPPER LOW OVER THE GREAT LAKES EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE
   SLOWLY EWD TOWARD NEW ENGLAND TODAY...WHILE A CLOSED UPPER LOW MOVES
   FROM THE ERN PACIFIC TO THE CNTRL CA COAST BY LATE IN THE PERIOD. 
   THE CNTRL CONUS IS UNDER HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE AND
   ALOFT...WITH COOL AND DRY NWLY FLOW EXTENDING FROM THE PLAINS
   THROUGH THE SOUTHEAST. RAIN SHOWERS AND PERHAPS A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
   WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE SRN CA COAST...WITH RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
   MOVING THROUGH THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND NEW ENGLAND. WITH THE
   EXCEPTION OF A DRY AIRMASS AND LOW RH ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST...THE
   FIRE WEATHER THREAT AROUND THE U.S. IS MINIMAL TODAY.
   
   ...PANHANDLE AND NRN/CNTRL FL...
   AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CNTRL PLAINS BUILDS
   SEWD...AFTERNOON RH WILL FALL TO ABOUT 30% FOR SEVERAL HOURS THIS
   AFTERNOON. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 60S IN THE
   PANHANDLE TO THE UPPER 60S IN CNTRL FL...WITH NWLY WINDS AT 10 TO 15

   BUILDS INTO THE FAR SOUTHEAST CONUS...KEEPING DRY/LOW RH CONDITIONS
   ACROSS ALL OF FLORIDA. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED IN THE
   SOUTHWEST...WITH A FEW RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS FROM THE GREAT LAKES TO
   NRN NEW ENGLAND.

   MINIMUM RH WILL FALL TO 25 TO 30 PERCENT ACROSS MOST OF FLORIDA
   WEDNESDAY...WITH MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE UPPER 50S
   NEAR THE GA BORDER TO THE LOWER 70S ACROSS THE SRN INTERIOR.
   ALTHOUGH THE RH MAY SPEND SEVERAL HOURS BELOW 30 PERCENT...WINDS
   WILL BE LIGHT NWLY AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
