   WAVE TROUGH ACCELERATES E AND WEAKENS. IN ITS WAKE...HIGH PRESSURE
   CENTERED OVER THE NRN ROCKIES WILL BUILD INTO THE GREAT BASIN AND
   CNTRL/SRN PLAINS. WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW SHOULD COMMENCE BY
   EARLY FRI ALONG THE SRN CA COASTAL RANGE RESULTING IN SIGNIFICANT
   DRYING OVERNIGHT.

   MODEST OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED FRI MORNING OVER SRN CA COASTAL
   MTNS. ALTHOUGH THIS WILL ENHANCE DOWNSLOPE WARMING/DRYING...RELAXING
   OF THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT AND RESULTANT WEAKENING OF WIND
   SPEEDS SHOULD OCCUR AS RH BECOMES MARGINALLY LOW ON FRI AFTERNOON.
