   NO LARGE SCALE FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
   COUNTRY.
   
   WITH A DEEP UPPER LOW OFF THE WEST COAST AND A RIDGE OF HIGH
   PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHEAST...STRONG SOUTHWESTERLY UPPER LEVEL WINDS
   ARE EXPECTED.  SEVERAL UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY
   FLOW WILL SPREAD SCATTERED PRECIPITATION FROM THE SOUTHWEST TO THE
   EAST COAST DURING THE PERIOD.  COLD TEMPERATURES WILL HOLD IN THE
   NORTH WITH COOL CONDITIONS IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL AND MILDER
   CONDITIONS IN THE SOUTHEAST.
