   REACH INTO THE 70S...ALLOWING RH VALUES TO BECOME MARGINALLY LOW
   /NEAR 15 PERCENT/ FOR A FEW HOURS DURING MID-LATE AFTERNOON.
   DEEPLY-MIXED THERMODYNAMIC PROFILES WILL SUPPORT ROBUST MOMENTUM
   TRANSPORT AND RESULT IN SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS FROM 25 TO 35 MPH.
