   STRONG WINDS AND MARGINALLY LOW RH.  TO THE E...COOL HIGH PRESSURE
   WILL SLIDE EWD INTO THE OH VALLEY...AND SCATTERED RAIN WILL OCCUR

   OF 30-40 MPH ARE LIKELY WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THE MITIGATING FACTOR TO
   A MORE SEVERE FIRE THREAT WILL BE EXPECTED RH LEVELS ONLY DIPPING
   INTO THE 20-35 PERCENT RANGE. HOWEVER...THE VERY STRONG WINDS COULD
