   VALLEY ACROSS THE OH VALLEY.

   STRONG PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL EXIST ACROSS THE PLAINS AS WELL AS THE
   MS VALLEY WITH STRONG SLY WINDS. NEAR CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS WILL
   OCCUR OVER THE SRN HIGH PLAINS WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL BE WARM.

   VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ON FRI AS THE UPPER TROUGH
   EMERGES INTO THE HIGH PLAINS. SWLY WINDS OF 25-35 MPH...WITH GUSTS
   OF 40-50 MPH...WILL OCCUR. IT WILL BE WARMER THAN ON THE PREVIOUS
   DAY WITH HIGHS REACHING INTO THE LOW TO MID 70S FOR SW OK AND WRN
   TX. MIN RH WILL THUS BE A BIT LOWER AS WELL...BUT MAINLY IN THE
   20-30 PERCENT RANGE WHICH IS STILL RELATIVELY HIGH FOR ANY
   SIGNIFICANT FIRE THREAT. STILL...THE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE
   PROBLEMS WITH ANY FIRES THAT DO DEVELOP.
