   MOVE EASTWARD TO NEW ENGLAND DURING THE DAY ON TUESDAY...PRODUCING
   SNOW FROM MINNESOTA THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES...TO MOST OF NEW
   ENGLAND. AS THE LOW MOVES EAST...A RELATIVELY DRY COLD FRONT WILL
   MOVE SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE MIDWEST AND SOUTHEAST STATES...EVENTUALLY
   REACHING THE GULF COAST BY 12Z WED...WITH SOME STRONG AND GUSTY
   WINDS OCCURRING AHEAD OF AND BEHIND THE FRONT IN THE WESTERN GREAT
   PLAINS WITH FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS APPROACHING CRITICAL.
   
   ...W TX/OK AND TX PANHANDLES/SW KS...
   WINDS WILL BECOME STRONG AND GUSTY AS A DRY COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH
   THE AREA DURING TUESDAY AFTERNOON. AHEAD OF THE FRONT...WESTERLY
   WINDS WILL BE AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS...AND RELATIVE
   HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES
   REACHING AROUND 70F. THESE CONDITIONS SHOULD ONLY LAST FOR A FEW
   HOURS IN THE MID-AFTERNOON BEFORE THE FRONT PASSES...AND BEHIND THE
   FRONT...WINDS WILL GUST HIGHER TO AROUND 40 MPH ESPECIALLY IN SW
   KANSAS. HOWEVER...TEMPERATURES BEHIND THE FRONT WILL BE RELATIVELY
   COOL /MID TO UPPER 50S F/.

   THROUGH THE AREA ON DAY 1...WHILE A ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM AND COLD
   FRONT MOVES INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND RAPIDLY EJECTS INTO THE
   UPPER MIDWEST BY THURSDAY MORNING. A LARGE SWATH OF SNOW CAN AGAIN
   BE EXPECTED WITH THIS SYSTEM AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE NORTHERN TIER
   STATES. ELSEWHERE...A LEE CYCLONE AND TROUGH WILL DEVELOP INTO THE
   GREAT PLAINS OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY. FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
   NOT EXPECTED TO BE CRITICAL IN ANY REGION ACROSS THE CONUS.
