   AN UPPER HIGH WILL BE CENTERED ACROSS THE ERN PACIFIC...HELPING TO
   MAINTAIN NELY WINDS ACROSS SRN CA IN COMBINATION WITH HIGH PRESSURE
   ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN. LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
   WILL EXIST DUE TO THE VERY STRONG WIND GUSTS AND LOW RH...IN
   COMBINATION WITH AREAS OF DRYING FUELS. TO THE E...HIGH PRESSURE
   WILL ALSO SURGE SWD ACROSS THE CNTRL AND SRN PLAINS BEHIND A COLD
   FRONT THAT WILL BRING PRECIPITATION TO THE LOWER MS VALLEY NEWD INTO
   THE OH VALLEY. MARGINAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE
   OVER CNTRL TX WITH STRONG WINDS AND MODERATELY LOW RH.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND LOW RH
   
   STRONG NELY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING ACROSS THE COASTAL RANGE TO THE
   COAST EARLY SAT MORNING AND WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE PERIOD. UPPER
   SUPPORT MAY BECOME MORE FAVORABLE WITH TIME...WITH STRENGTHENING AND
   VERTICALLY ALIGNED NELY WINDS CREATING EXCESSIVE WIND GUSTS OF 50-70
   MPH THROUGH FAVORED PASSES/CANYONS. MIN RH WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS
   AND RH RECOVERY WILL BE QUITE POOR OVERNIGHT.
   
   FUEL CONDITIONS ARE NOT PARTICULARLY DRY...BUT WILL CONTINUE TO GET
   DRIER THROUGH THE PERIOD GIVEN A LONG DURATION OF HIGH WINDS AND LOW
   RH. PLEASE CONSULT WITH LOCAL AGENCIES FOR PARTICULARS ON FUELS IN
   YOUR AREA.

   HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD SWD INTO TX IN A POST FRONTAL REGIME. NLY
   WINDS OF 15-20 MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH HIGHER GUSTS...WITH RH
   DROPPING INTO THE 20-25 PERCENT RANGE ON AVERAGE WITH HIGH
   TEMPERATURES GENERALLY IN THE 55-60 F RANGE. DESPITE COOL
   CONDITIONS...SEVERE DROUGHT AND GUSTY WINDS WILL KEEP THE FIRE

   SRN CA AS WELL AS FAVORABLE ALIGNED WINDS ALOFT WILL MAXIMIZE WIND
   GUSTS ACROSS THE AREA WITH LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS WHERE
   FUELS ARE DRY.  ELSEWHERE...VERY DRY AIR WILL RESIDE OVER THE SRN
   PLAINS WITH MODIFYING HIGH PRESSURE.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: VERY STRONG SANTA ANA WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER PATTERN FOR SANTA ANA WINDS WILL PERSIST
   WITH AN UPPER HIGH OFF THE CA COAST AND A SURFACE HIGH CENTERED OVER
   NV. GUSTY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING SUN MORNING AND WILL PERSIST ALL DAY
   AND INTO THE NIGHT. LOW RH IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND LOWER TEENS IS
   LIKELY. VERY STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY
   MORNING...WITH IN EXCESS OF 50-70 MPH IN FAVORED AREAS.
   
   ALTHOUGH VERY STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL EXTEND SWD INTO THE
   SAN DIEGO AREA...LOCAL OFFICIALS INDICATE FUELS MAY NOT BE DRY
   ENOUGH FOR A CRITICAL FIRE THREAT.
