EXPANSIVE UPPER TROUGH OVER THE ERN CONUS WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EWD
WHEREAS AN UPPER DISTURBANCE WILL BEGIN TO INFLUENCE THE CA COAST BY
THE END OF THE PERIOD. MEANWHILE LARGE UPPER RIDGE WILL REMAIN
ENTRENCHED OVER THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST/CENTRAL ROCKIES. LOW RH AND
MODERATELY STRONG NLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE
UPPER TROUGH OVER PARTS OF S-CENTRAL AND DEEP SOUTH TX.
UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPS AND MODERATE WINDS --WEAKER THAN MONDAY--
WILL OCCUR OVER PARTS OF THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS AS A SURFACE TROUGH
PASSES TO THE SE. A DRY...YET COOL POST-FRONTAL REGIME WILL
INFLUENCE MUCH OF FL AND PARTS OF THE SRN GA/AL.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - PARTS OF S-CENTRAL AND DEEP SOUTH
   TX...

PRIMARY CONDITIONS: LOW RH...EXCEPTIONAL DROUGHT...MODERATELY STRONG
   WINDS

WRN FRINGE OF STRONG 850-700MB NWLY WINDS WILL AFFECT PARTS OF
S-CENTRAL AND DEEP SOUTH TX. SEASONABLY WARM TEMPS AND ABUNDANT
SUNSHINE WILL ENABLE SUFFICIENT BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING UP THROUGH
850MB PER LATEST FORECAST SOUNDINGS. THIS WILL RESULT IN RH
PLUMMETING INTO THE UPPER TEENS/20S DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS AS
SUSTAINED WINDS APPROACH 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH LIKELY.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - PARTS OF WRN NEB...

PRIMARY CONDITIONS: LOW RH...MODERATELY STRONG WINDS

AN ANTECEDENTLY DRY AIRMASS ACROSS A LARGE PORTION OF THE CENTRAL
HIGH PLAINS WILL WARM WELL INTO THE 60S F THIS AFTERNOON LEADING TO
MIN RH IN THE TEENS. LOCALIZED CRITICAL CONDITIONS APPEAR POSSIBLE
OVER PARTS OF WRN NEB WHERE THE STRONGEST WINDS BECOME JUXTAPOSED
WITH LOW RH DURING PEAK HEATING. MODIFIED FORECAST SOUNDINGS
SUGGEST AMPLE MIXING WILL OCCUR...ENABLING THE STRONGER FLOW LOCATED
AROUND 800MB TO MIX TO THE SURFACE. SUSTAINED WINDS NEARING 20 MPH
WITH HIGHER GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH APPEAR PROBABLE ATTM.

...PARTS OF THE NRN HALF OF FL/SRN GA...
POST FRONTAL DRY AIRMASS WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ITS WAY INTO FL. RH
VALUES WILL LIKELY DROP INTO THE 20S IN AREAS AND MODERATELY STRONG
GUSTY WINDS WILL ENHANCE FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
HOWEVER...RELATIVELY COOL TEMPS IN THE 40S AND PERHAPS LOWER 50S IN
SRN/COASTAL AREAS WILL ACT TO TEMPER THE OVERALL THREAT...PRECLUDING
   A CRITICAL AREA.
