   NRN HIGH PLAINS/ROCKIES. WITH APPROACH OF THIS LATTER
   TROUGH...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL WEAKEN.

   OFFSHORE FLOW WILL RESULT IN SUBSTANTIAL DRYING TODAY...WITH RH
   LIKELY FALLING TO BETWEEN 10 AND 15 PERCENT DESPITE TEMPERATURES
   ONLY WARMING TO NEAR NORMAL VALUES. WINDS SHOULD REMAIN WEAK TO
   LOCALLY MODERATE /SUSTAINED AOB 20 MPH/...OWING TO A MODEST
