   UPPER RIDGE OVER THE WRN CONUS AND A STRONG TROUGH MOVING THROUGH
   THE EAST. A VIGOROUS SHORTWAVE WILL ADVANCE FROM SRN MS TO THE NC
   COASTAL PLAIN...PUSHING A SURFACE COLD FRONT AND SCATTERED
   SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS SWD THROUGH FL. FARTHER NORTH SNOW AND RAIN
   WILL OVERSPREAD A LARGE PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST AND MID ATLANTIC
   REGION. STRONG SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING CLEAR SKIES AND COOL
   CONDITIONS TO THE MIDSECTION OF THE NATION.

   BREEZY NLY WINDS /10 TO 20 MPH WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS/ WILL LINGER
   OVER THE LOWER COASTAL PLAIN AND LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY OF TX
   TODAY. AS MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES CLIMB INTO THE LOWER 60S...MINIMUM RH
   WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 15 AND 20 PERCENT. WINDS WILL DECREASE DURING
   THE AFTERNOON AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE NORTH.

   THE NORTH TO THE LOWER 60S IN THE SOUTH. WINDS WILL BE NWLY AT 10 TO
