   EARLY MORNING SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES A WEAK UPPER DISTURBANCE
   WILL MOVE FROM PARTS OF THE NW GULF SATES TOWARDS THE APPALACHIANS.
   AT THE SURFACE...A CYCLONE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE LOWER MS RIVER
   VALLEY AND TRANSLATE NEWD AS A WEAK COLD FRONT SLIDES EWD ACROSS THE
   DEEP SOUTH FOSTERING WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND ISOLD TSTMS.  BEHIND
   THIS SYSTEM...A SLOW MOVING DISTURBANCE OVER THE DESERT SW WILL
   EJECT EWD INTO THE PLAINS STATES AS THE UPPER PATTERN BECOMES MORE
   PROGRESSIVE.  WINDS WILL GENERALLY REMAIN LIGHT ACROSS THE CONUS
   WITH RH GENERALLY ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS---EFFECTIVELY NEGATING
   CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

   A LOW AMPLITUDE UPPER TROUGH OVER THE CNTRL CONUS WILL CONTINUE EWD
   TOWARDS THE GRT LAKES/MID SOUTH AS UPPER RIDGING OCCURS IN ITS WAKE
   OVER THE CNTRL ROCKIES/HIGH PLAINS.  A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY OVER
   THE SERN U.S. WILL AGAIN AID IN SHOWER/TSTM DEVELOPMENT.  FURTHER W
   OVER THE HIGH PLAINS REGION...LEE CYCLOGENESIS/TROUGHING WILL OCCUR
   DURING THE AFTN.  A LOW PROBABILITY OF MARGINALLY SUPPORTIVE DRY
   CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP WITH SOME GUSTY WINDS AROUND 20 MPH OVER THE
   NEB PANHANDLE.  HOWEVER THE MAGNITUDE/DURATION OF SUSTAINED WINDS AT
   THIS TIME ARE ANTICIPATED TO REMAIN RELATIVELY WEAK/BRIEF.
