   PROGRESS FROM THE SRN CA/NRN BAJA CA COAST TOWARDS THE SRN HIGH
   PLAINS. IN CONJUCTION WITH A MODERATELY MOIST LOW-LEVEL UPSLOPE FLOW
   REGIME...SCATTERED SHOWERS/TSTMS WILL DEVELOP INVOF THE SRN ROCKIES.
