   CONDITIONS LIKELY.  TO THE E...COOL AND DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL
   FILTER INTO THE NE AND MID ATLANTIC STATES AS AN UPPER LOW SPINS
   OVER ME. MARGINALLY CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FROM VA
   INTO SRN PA/NY DUE TO STRONG WIND GUSTS AND LOW HUMIDITY.

   SQUALLINE PASSAGE EARLY SUNDAY. WLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 30-40 MPH
   OVER SW TX...AND TO 15-25 MPH OVER CNTRL AND DEEP S TX. MIN RH WILL
   DROP INTO THE TEENS BY LATE AFTERNOON. ONE MITIGATING FACTOR ALONG
   THE NRN EDGE OF THE CRITICAL AREA WILL BE HOW MUCH PRECIPITATION
   FALLS EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. STILL...THE AREA REMAINS IN EXTREME
   DROUGHT CONDITIONS...AND PLACES THAT RECEIVE LITTLE OR NO
   PRECIPITATION WILL SEE CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS BY AFTERNOON.

   NWLY WILL BRING MUCH DRIER CONDITIONS TO THE REGION AS HIGH PRESSURE

   GUSTS TO 30 MPH...ARE LIKELY ESPECIALLY NRN AREAS. SOMEWHAT LOWER
   SPEEDS WILL OCCUR FARTHER S INTO VA. MIN RH VALUES ARE LIKELY TO
   AVERAGE 20-25 PERCENT...BUT COULD LOCALLY REACH THE UPPER TEENS.
   ALTHOUGH SUNNY...TEMPERATURES WILL BE RELATIVELY COOL AND MAINLY IN

   THE NERN STATES...WITH COOL BUT DRY CONDITIONS AND GUSTY WLY WINDS.

   THE UPPER LOW WILL MOVE SLOWLY E ACROSS KS INTO MO ON MONDAY...WITH
   WLY FLOW REMAINING ACROSS MUCH OF TX WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE. THE
   AIR MASS WILL WARM FROM PREVIOUS DAY...WITH HIGHS INTO THE 80S F.
   THIS WILL RESULT IN MIN RH VALUES OF 15-20 PERCENT. NWLY WINDS OF
   10-15 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH THE WARM/DRY CONDITIONS FOR A MARGINALLY
   CRITICAL FIRE THREAT.
