TROUGH THAT WILL AFFECT THOSE AREAS ON TUESDAY. ELSEWHERE...COOL

SUSTAINED WINDS GENERALLY BELOW 20 MPH SUGGEST A MARGINAL FIRE

   ...NJ INTO SRN NEW ENGLAND...
IT WILL BE VERY COOL BUT DRY WITH HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE. NWLY
WINDS OF 15-20 MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH A MODERATE PRESSURE GRADIENT
