   STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR OVER SERN CA...SRN NV AND WRN AZ WITH AREAS
   OF CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS. CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL ALSO EXTEND
   EWD ACROSS SRN AZ INTO SW NM WHERE GUSTY SLY WINDS WILL ALSO
   DEVELOP.

   PLAINS IN RESPONSE TO THE LOW DEVELOPING TO THE W...BUT RH WILL NOT
   BE BELOW CRITICAL LEVELS. ELSEWHERE...LOW RH WITH COOL TEMPERATURES
   WILL PERSIST OVER NEW ENGLAND WITH WEAKENING HIGH PRESSURE.

   WINDS WILL INCREASE DRAMATICALLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AS A COLD
   FRONT AND UPPER TROUGH APPROACH. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS OF 30-40 MPH
   ARE ANTICIPATED. DOWNSLOPE FLOW WILL HELP TO DROP RH LEVELS INTO THE
   TEENS ALONG WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S TO NEAR 80 F OVER SRN NV
   AND THE MOJAVE DESERT. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO NWLY AT 20-30 MPH BEHIND
   THE COLD FRONT LATE IN THE EVENING OVER NV/CA.
   
   FARTHER S...IT WILL BE WARMER ACROSS THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY INTO
   SRN AZ...WITH HIGHS IN THE 80S F. WHILE SUSTAINED WINDS WILL BE
   WEAKER FROM 15-20 MPH...WIND GUSTS COULD EXCEED 30 MPH ESPECIALLY IN
   THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. RH WILL BE IN THE TEENS THROUGHOUT THE AREA

   THE CNTRL AND SRN HIGH PLAINS WITH STRONG WINDS BUT ONLY MODERATELY

   CONDITIONS WILL BE TEMPERATURES...WHICH WILL INLY REACH THE 50S F
   OVER NRN AZ AND 60S INTO NRN NM. THIS WILL CONFINE CRITICAL LOW RH
   IN THE TEENS TO SRN AZ/NM AND FAR SW TX...WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL
   REACH THE 70S EXCEPT 80S INTO SW TX.

   DRIER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE. MIN RH IS
   EXPECTED TO DIP INTO THE 30 PERCENT RANGE BY AFTERNOON...WITH WLY
   WINDS OF 10-15 MPH. KBDI VALUES REMAIN QUITE HIGH OVER MUCH OF THE
   AREA...BUT MARGINAL WIND ALONG WITH RECENT PRECIPITATION WILL HELP
