W/NWLY LOW-LEVEL FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN WITH ENCROACHMENT OF A SHORT
WAVE TROUGH INTO QUEBEC. THIS WILL HELP ADVECT WELL ABOVE-NORMAL
TEMPERATURES /IN THE 60S/ AND A DRY AIR MASS /WITH PW VALUES AROUND
A QUARTER-INCH/ ACROSS MUCH OF NEW ENGLAND. AS DAYTIME HEATING
ENSUES AND LOW-LEVEL LAPSE RATES STEEPEN...MIXING OF 35 TO 50 MPH
850 MB FLOW SHOULD RESULT IN SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS FROM 18 TO 25
MPH. THIS WILL BE JUXTAPOSED WITH RH VALUES FALLING TO BETWEEN 15
AND 25 PERCENT WITH A RESULTANT CRITICAL THREAT.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - PORTIONS OF FAR WRN TX/SERN NM...

AWAY FROM THE IMMEDIATE LAKE SHORES...THERMODYNAMIC CONDITIONS WILL
BE SIMILAR TO THE CRITICAL AREA IN NEW ENGLAND /TEMPERATURES IN THE
   60S WITH RH VALUES OF 15 TO 25 PERCENT/. HOWEVER...LOW-LEVEL FLOW
SHOULD BE COMPARATIVELY WEAKER WITH SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS AROUND
   15 MPH.

   ...SWRN FL...
AN MCS OVER THE CNTRL GULF OF MEXICO HAS GENERATED AN EXTENSIVE
CLOUD DEBRIS SHIELD...WHICH SHOULD LINGER ACROSS SRN FL THROUGH THE
MORNING AND HINDER INITIAL INSOLATION. IN ADDITION...LOW-LEVEL FLOW
HAS VEERED FROM NLY TO ELY OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS. THIS SHOULD
ULTIMATELY RESULT IN MORE MARGINAL RH VALUES OF LIMITED
   AREAL/TEMPORAL EXTENT COMPARED TO THU.
