   THE WEST. A SURFACE CYCLONE WILL DEEPEN ACROSS THE MID-MS RIVER
   VALLEY WITH AN ATTENDANT COLD FRONT PUSHING THROUGH SRN/ERN TX INTO
   THE WRN GULF OF MEXICO BY THIS AFTERNOON.

   IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT PASSAGE IN THE LATE MORNING/EARLY
   AFTERNOON...SUBSTANTIAL DRYING WILL OCCUR AND LIKELY RESULT IN A
   PERIOD OF MARGINALLY LOW RH /AROUND 20 PERCENT/ DURING THE MID-LATE
   AFTERNOON. LOW-LEVEL FLOW SHOULD REMAIN MODEST AS THE REGION LIES
   WELL SW OF THE MID-MS RIVER VALLEY CYCLONE. NEVERTHELESS...SUSTAINED
   SURFACE WINDS WILL STILL APPROACH 15 MPH AND LEAD TO AN ELEVATED

   INTO THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY.

   A MODERATELY TIGHT SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL DEVELOP EARLY MON
   RESULTING IN GUSTY ELY WINDS INTO EARLY AFTERNOON PRIOR TO THE
   GRADIENT RELAXING. SUSTAINED SPEEDS SHOULD REMAIN MODERATE /FROM 15
   TO 20 MPH/ AND WILL LIKELY BE JUXTAPOSED WITH LOW RH /AOB 15
   PERCENT/ FOR A FEW HOURS.
