   LEVELS WILL NOT BE CRITICALLY LOW.  NELY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL
   PERSIST INTO THE DAYTIME WITH MODERATELY LOW RH. OVERNIGHT INTO SAT
   MORNING...WINDS WILL NOT BE NEARLY AS STRONG AS PREVIOUS DAYS AS AN
   UPPER RIDGE BUILDS AND UPPER WIND SUPPORT DISAPPEARS.

   WILL BUILD SEWD ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES BEHIND A COLD FRONT THAT
   WILL EXTEND FROM THE ERN GREAT LAKES SWWD INTO THE SRN PLAINS SAT
   AFTERNOON. MEANWHILE...AN UPPER RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER THE WRN U.S.
   WITH VERY WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS.

   HOT AND DRY WEATHER CAN BE EXPECTED AS AN UPPER RIDGE BUILDS
   OVERHEAD. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL APPROACH 100 F ACROSS THE
   SACRAMENTO AND SAN JOAQUIN VALLEYS WITH 100S OVER THE SRN CA AND AZ
   DESERTS. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AREAWIDE WITH ONSHORE FLOW FOR SRN CA.
   STEEP LOW LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL RESULT IN A MDT TO LOCALLY HIGH
   HAINES INDEX.

   NWLY WINDS OF 20-25 MPH WILL BE COMMON SAT AFTERNOON IN A POST
   FRONTAL REGIME. TEMPERATURES WILL BE QUITE COOL WITH HIGHS IN THE
   50S F SRN MN AND 40S F NRN MN...ALTHOUGH MIN RH WILL STILL DROP INTO
   THE 20-30 PERCENT RANGE. COOL TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH RECENT
   PRECIPITATION WILL MITIGATE ANY FIRE THREAT.
