   A STRONG UPPER RIDGE WILL EXIST ACROSS THE WRN STATES WITH VERY WARM
   AND DRY WEATHER. AN UPPER TROUGH AXIS WILL EXTEND FROM THE GREAT
   LAKES INTO THE TN VALLEY WITH SHOWERS AND STORMS PERSISTING ALONG A
   COLD FRONT FROM THE MID ATLANTIC INTO THE GULF COAST. DRY CONDITIONS
   WILL BE FOUND ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES INTO THE MIDWEST WITH HIGH
   PRESSURE. GUSTY S WINDS WILL RETURN TO THE CNTRL AND NRN PLAINS AS A
   LEE TROUGH DEVELOPS...AS WELL AS OVER MT WITH A WLY FLOW REGIME.
   
   ...SERN AZ...
   ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE
   MOGOLLON RIM INTO THE W CNTRL MTS OF NEW MEXICO. OVERALL COVERAGE IS
   NOT EXPECTED TO WARRANT A CRITICAL OUTLOOK BUT MIN RH IN THE 10-15
   PERCENT RANGE SUGGESTS LIGHTNING COULD BE EFFICIENT AT STARTING NEW
   FIRES. WINDS WILL BE WEAK AND THUS ANY STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY.

   FRONT...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING DRY WEATHER FROM THE SRN PLAINS
   NEWD INTO THE NERN STATES. STRONG SWLY WINDS WILL OCCUR FROM THE
   CNTRL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER MS VALLEY...WHERE A STRONG PRESSURE
   GRADIENT WILL EXIST AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH DEEPENS ACROSS NRN MN
   INTO THE DAKOTAS. ELSEWHERE...AN UPPER RIDGE WILL REMAIN INTACT
   ACROSS THE WRN STATES WITH VERY WARM AND DRY WEATHER.

   VERY STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT MON AFTERNOON.
   SWLY SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20-25 MPH ARE LIKELY WITH HIGHER GUSTS OVER
   30 MPH. MIN RH READINGS WILL GENERALLY BE IN THE 30 PERCENT RANGE.
   THE MARGINAL RH AND AREAS OF MOIST FUELS WILL MITIGATE THE OVERALL
   THREAT...ALTHOUGH STRONG WINDS COULD STILL CAUSE WIND DRIVEN FIRES
   IF THEY OCCUR.

   VERY WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL MON AFTERNOON WITH A WEAK
   LEE TROUGH DEVELOPING. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL LARGELY BE IN THE 90S
   F...WITH MIN RH IN THE MID TEENS. SUSTAINED SLY WINDS OF 15-20 MPH
   WILL BE LIKELY WITH HIGHER GUSTS BY AFTERNOON.
   
   ...SRN SIERRA MTNS SEWD INTO CNTRL AND ERN AZ...
   AN INCREASE IN MID LEVEL MOISTURE WILL LEAD TO ISOLATED
   THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SRN SIERRA LATE ON MON IN AN OTHERWISE WARM
   AND DRY ENVIRONMENT. SOME OF THESE STORMS WILL BE DRY BUT COVERAGE
   WILL NOT BE HIGH. ISOLATED DRY THUNDER ACTIVITY WILL ALSO OCCUR OVER
   THE MOGOLLON RIM AND WHITE MTNS...AND PERHAPS ACROSS WRN AZ AND SRN
   NV OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN AND NEAR THE PEAK HEATING HOURS.

   WIND GUSTS WILL INCREASE ON MONDAY AS THE UPPER RIDGE BEGINS TO
   FLATTEN. SW WINDS NEAR 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS...ESPECIALLY NEAR RIDGE TOPS. RH WILL BE IN THE TEENS WITH
