   RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN WINDS OVER AZ AND NM...WITH LOCALLY
   CRITICAL CONDITIONS DURING THE AFTERNOON. ELSEWHERE...WIDESPREAD
   PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN AND PACIFIC NW...AS
   WELL AS ACROSS THE ERN U.S. WITH AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG WINDS...LOW RH
   
   WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY INTO THE 20-30 MPH RANGE...WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS AS AN UPPER SHORTWAVE GLANCES BY TO THE NW. MIN RH WILL
   GENERALLY BE NEAR 15 PERCENT AND WILL RESULT IN LOCALLY CRITICAL
   FIRE CONDITIONS FOR A FEW HOURS THIS AFTERNOON.
   
   IN ADDITION...A FEW AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIKELY MAINLY
   OVER NRN AND NWRN NM. GIVEN STRONG SHEAR...WEAK INSTABILITY AND A
   DRY SUB CLOUD LAYER...LITTLE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED AND A FEW NEW

   A SWLY FLOW REGIME WILL REMAIN IN PLACE ON SUNDAY.
   OVERALL...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS DURING THE AFTERNOON ARE EXPECTED TO
   AVERAGE 15-25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. RH LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE A
   BIT MARGINAL AT 15-20 PERCENT. IN ADDITION...SCATTERED WET AND DRY
   STORMS WILL OCCUR OVER CNTRL AND ERN NM SUNDAY AFTERNOON WITH
