   SUSTAINED SW WINDS OF 15-20 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHER GUST BY
   LATER AFTERNOON. LACK OF STRONG SUSTAINED WINDS WILL MITIGATE THE
   OVERALL THREAT...ALTHOUGH VERY LOW RH NEAR 10 PERCENT AND A MDT
