   A FOCUSED AREA OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER FROM NERN NM INTO SE CO. IN
   ADDITION...MID LEVEL MOISTURE WILL LIKELY RESULT IN A FEW DRY
   THUNDERSTORMS OVER SRN NM AND SERN AZ.

   SWLY FLOW ON THE NWRN EDGE OF THE RIDGE WILL MIX TO THE SURFACE FROM
   NERN NM INTO SW KS. WITH A DEEPLY MIXED AND HOT AIR MASS...SUSTAINED
   WINDS SHOULD INCREASE TO 20-30 MPH. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL MAINLY BE
   IN THE 90S F WITH MIN RH NEAR 10-15 PERCENT. A HIGH HAINES INDEX
   WILL LIKELY EXIST WITHIN THE SURFACE THERMAL AXIS WITH LARGE LOW
   LEVEL INSTABILITY THIS AFTERNOON.
   
   MID LEVEL MOISTURE WILL ALSO INCREASE FROM THE S...AROUND THE W EDGE

   PLAINS. MOISTURE LEVELS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE OVER CO AND
   NM...WITH ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORMS OVER NM AND PERHAPS ERN AZ AS
   MID LEVEL MOISTURE STREAMS NWD OUT OF MEXICO.

   SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ERN MOGOLLON RIM AND WHITE MTNS OF
   AZ...AS WELL AS ACROSS MUCH OF WRN NM. OVERALL BOUNDARY LAYER
   CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO MOISTEN COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS
   DAY...WITH A GREATER THREAT OF WETTING RAINS. HOWEVER...LIGHTING
   STRIKES MAY STILL RESULT IN NEW FIRE STARTS WHERE FUELS REMAIN DRY.
   MIN RH IS EXPECTED TO BE IN THE 20 PERCENT RANGE...WITH SWLY WINDS
