   GUSTY SWLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL MATERIALIZE BY AFTERNOON DUE TO
   MIXING AND DAYTIME HEATING...FROM NERN NM INTO SERN CO. MIN RH
   VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO ONLY BE MARGINALLY LOW...FROM 15-25 PERCENT.
   FARTHER SW...SOME MID LEVEL MOISTURE MAY RESULT IN ISOLATED DRY
