   MID-UPPER HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL REMAIN FIRMLY ENTRENCHED ACROSS
   THE SRN PLAINS.  EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR IMAGERY SHOWS AN UPPER
   TROUGH OVER THE SRN SIERRAS WITH A PLUME OF MID-LEVEL MOISTURE
   MOVING NWD OVER THE DESERT SW/ERN GREAT BASIN.  AHEAD OF THIS
   FEATURE...ISOLD-SCTD TSTMS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE GREAT BASIN/ROCKIES
   DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.  THE AFOREMENTIONED IMPULSE
   WILL WEAKEN AS IT EJECTS NEWD WITHIN BELT OF CONFLUENT MID-LEVEL
   FLOW OVER THE GREAT BASIN INTO THE N-CNTRL HIGH PLAINS BY SATURDAY
   MORNING.  FURTHER N...A PROGRESSIVE DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE FROM THE
   PACIFIC NW INTO THE NRN HIGH PLAINS.  THIS WILL INDUCE CYCLOGENESIS
   INVOF THE NRN PLAINS WITH INCREASING BOUNDARY LAYER WINDS OVER MUCH
   OF THE NRN AND CNTRL PLAINS.  HOT TEMPS OVER PARTS OF THE CNTRL HIGH
   PLAINS WILL RESULT IN RH AROUND 20 PERCENT WITH SUSTAINED SLY/S
   AROUND 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  HOWEVER...INSUFFICIENTLY RECEPTIVE
   FUELS SUGGESTS OVERALL FIRE POTENTIAL WILL LIKELY BE LOW.

   WEATHER POTENTIAL IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE ON SATURDAY.  A PROGRESSIVE
   UPPER TROUGH OVER THE NRN HIGH PLAINS WILL MOVE EWD TOWARDS THE
   UPPER GREAT LAKES...THEREBY FLATTENING THE CNTRL CONUS UPPER RIDGE
   CENTERED OVER THE S-CNTRL U.S.  UPPER RIDGING WILL OCCUR OVER THE
   NRN ROCKIES/HIGH PLAINS IN WAKE OF DEPARTING UPPER TROUGH AND AHEAD
   OF ANOTHER UPPER DISTURBANCE MOVING TOWARDS THE PACIFIC NW.  AT THE
   SURFACE...A LOW AND ATTENDANT COOL FRONT WILL MOVE EWD ACROSS PARTS
   OF THE MIDWEST WITH STRENGTHENING HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE
   ROCKIES/PLAINS STATES.  SOME GUSTY NWLY WINDS WILL PROBABLY OCCUR
   OVER PARTS OF THE NRN HIGH PLAINS IN A MORE MILD...POST-FRONTAL
