   A STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL DRIFT EWD ACROSS THE NWRN U.S. WITH THE
   BASE MOVING ACROSS THE NRN GREAT BASIN. WITH A RELATIVELY WARM AND
   DRY AIR MASS ACROSS THE AREA...WINDS WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF THE
   TROUGH WITH AREAS OF CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS FROM ERN NV INTO UT.
   ELSEWHERE..GENERALLY WARM CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL UNDER THE UPPER
   RIDGE FROM THE PLAINS EWD ACROSS THE MS VALLEY AND INTO THE MIDWEST.
   STRONG SLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE CNTRL AND NRN PLAINS WITH
   LOW PRESSURE OVER THE DAKOTAS...BUT RH WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE
   CRITICAL LEVELS.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: INCREASINGLY GUSTY WINDS...LOW RH
   
   AN UPPER TROUGH AND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NWRN GREAT BASIN
   LATE TODAY.  A WARM AND DRY AIR MASS WILL RESIDE AHEAD OF THIS FRONT
   WITH MIN RH OF 10-15 PERCENT. DEEP MIXING WILL HELP WINDS TO
   INCREASE TO 20-25 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 30 MPH FROM THE SRN CA DESERTS
   INTO WRN UT. IN ADDITION...THESE DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL
   OVERSPREAD AREAS THAT RECEIVED LIGHTNING STRIKES YESTERDAY...MAINLY

   NV BY SAT AFTERNOON. AHEAD OF THIS FRONT...STRONG SWLY WINDS WILL
   DEVELOP WHICH WILL COMBINE WITH LOW RH TO CREATE CRITICAL FIRE
   CONDITIONS OVER UT/AZ/WRN CO/NWRN NM.

   A STRONG SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE RAPIDLY EWD OVER MT AND WY IN
   TANDEM WITH THE UPPER TROUGH...WITH THE SRN END TRAILING WWD OVER
   CNTRL AND SRN UT. STRONG WINDS OF 20-30 MPH ARE EXPECTED AHEAD OF
   THIS FRONT FROM NRN AZ INTO SRN UT...WRN CO AND NWRN NM. RH SHOULD
   GENERALLY DROP INTO THE TEENS DURING THE AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...AN
   ABRUPT WIND SHIFT WILL EXIST WITH THE FRONT FROM CNTRL UT INTO WRN
   CO. WINDS WILL BECOME NWLY IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH BEHIND THE FRONT. A
   FEW STORMS ARE ALSO LIKELY ACROSS NRN AREAS ALONG THE FRONT...FROM
   NERN UT INTO NWRN CO BUT VERY GUSTY WINDS LIKELY.
   
   ...NRN/CNTRL/SRN TX...
   WARM AND RELATIVELY DRY WEATHER WILL PREVAIL ON SAT AS LOW PRESSURE
   DEVELOPS TO THE N OVER CO. SLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 15 MPH
   SUSTAINED WITH HIGHER GUSTS DUE TO AFTERNOON MIXING. WIDESPREAD MIN
   RH NEAR 30 PERCENT CAN BE EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF TX WITH HIGHER
   VALUES NEAR THE COAST. GIVEN EXTREME DROUGHT CONDITIONS OVER S CNTRL
   TX...THE LOWERING RH AND MODERATE WINDS MAY POSE SOME THREAT DURING
