   INTO THE PLAINS TODAY. VERY WINDY AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL
   AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL EXTEND FROM SRN NV EWD INTO NWRN CO
   AND SERN WY. WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR FROM NRN UT/CO INTO
   THE NRN PLAINS ALONG THE FRONT AND NEAR THE SURFACE LOW. TO THE
   E...SLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES INTO THE MS
   VALLEY AS THE SURFACE LOW/TROUGH DEEPEN TO THE W. MODERATELY LOW RH
   AND LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS MAY RESULT IN A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT OVER
   PORTION OF CNTRL TX WHERE DROUGHT PERSISTS.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   DRY AIR WILL SURGE NEWD OUT OF THE DESERT SW AND INTO ERN UT/WRN CO
   THIS AFTERNOON AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS OF
   25-30 MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH WIDESPREAD GUSTS OVER 40 MPH. MIN RH
   WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS BY MIDDAY DUE TO STRONG MIXING. AN ABRUPT
   WIND SHIFT WILL ACCOMPANY THE COLD FRONT...MAINLY OVER UT AND NWRN
   CO WITH NWLY WINDS OF 20-30 MPH LIKELY...ALONG WITH A FEW
   THUNDERSTORMS AND COOLER TEMPERATURES. THE VERY STRONG WINDS AND LOW
   RH WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS WHERE FUELS REMAIN
   RELATIVELY DRY.

   LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS TO THE N. IT WILL BE WARM WITH HIGHS IN THE 90S
   F...WHILE AFTERNOON MIXING HELPS RH LEVELS TO DROP INTO THE 30
   PERCENT RANGE AWAY FROM THE COAST. A FEW WIND GUSTS OVER 20 MPH WILL
   BE LIKELY...AND MAY RESULT IN A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT DUE TO EXTREME
