   PERSIST FROM THE DESERT SW NWD ACROSS CA AND INTO THE PACIFIC NW.
   THE WARM AND DRY WEATHER HERE WILL FAVOR AFTERNOON FIRE GROWTH BUT
   WINDS WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY LIGHT. ELSEWHERE...DRY BUT MILD
   CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL OVER THE NRN HIGH PLAINS IN A POST FRONTAL
   REGIME...WITH GUSTY WLY WINDS.

   A VERY DRY AIR MASS WILL BE IN PLACE TODAY WITH MIN RH AROUND 7-10
   PERCENT. WITH THE BASE OF A WEAKENING TROUGH OVERHEAD...SUSTAINED
   WLY WINDS OF 10-15 MPH WILL BE LIKELY WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS. IN
   ADDITION...A HIGH HAINES INDEX WILL BE IN PLACE WHICH WILL FAVOR

   INTO THE PACIFIC NW WITH LIGHT SUSTAINED WINDS...ALTHOUGH
   PERIODICALLY GUSTY.

   WNWLY FLOW ALOFT IN COMBINATION WITH AFTERNOON MIXING WILL HELP
   PRODUCE NWLY WINDS OF 15-20 MPH WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS DURING THE
   AFTERNOON. RH LEVELS WILL REMAIN QUITE LOW AND NEAR 10
   PERCENT...WITH A HIGH HAINES INDEX BY PEAK HEATING.
